Who is eligible for Aspire Living Group’s housing program?
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate readiness for independent living, which is assessed through an interview process. Generally, income-based veterans, seniors or individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, displacement, or other barriers to stable housing may qualify for our program.
What if I encounter issues with my home?
If you experience any issues with your home, such as maintenance needs or facility concerns, please contact our management team directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and ensuring a comfortable, safe environment for all residents. For non-urgent matters, you can also reach out via texts or email.
Are background checks required?
Yes, a soft background check is a part of our application process to ensure a safe, stable community for all residents. Applicants need to provide proof of income, or other verifiable income sources, to qualify.
